We offer a full travel advice and immunisation service. If you are travelling abroad please make sure you make an appointment in plenty of time (we recommend 6-8 weeks) to arrange any vaccinations that may be necessary.

Keeping Healthy

Walking for Health in Lambeth

Free health walks are open to everyone and are led by a qualified instructor. Walks currently run every Wednesday from 12.30pm for approx 45mins with a 30 min option available for those who would prefer a shorter walk.

The London Borough of Lambeth delivers the MEND 4-6 and MEND 7-12 programmes for children aged 4 to 6 and 7 to 12 who are above the healthy weight.

MEND 4-6 runs once a week for 1 hour 45 minutes while MEND 7-12 runs twice a week for 2 hours.
