You can have your prescriptions forwarded to a nominated pharmacy of your choice. This may be near where you live or where you work (or anywhere else) and avoids you having to come into the practice to collect your prescription and then deliver it to the pharmacy yourself.

In order to use this service, please complete our online application form , and either select from one of our local pharmacies or provide the name, address and postcode of any other pharmacy of your choosing.
