Our Appointment System
We are continuing to limit the number of patients attending the practice in order to try and reduce the risk of transmission of COVID. For this reason, initial consultations are conducted via the telephone or online. If a clinician feels that you need to be seen face to face, they will arrange a time with you to attend the surgery
Current ways to access the Clinical team (Doctors / Nurses / Pharmacists)
Telephone Advice Line
Every weekday between 8am and 10am you can telephone the practice (020 8670 6878) and speak to a doctor.
Although sometimes it may sound as if there is a long queue of patients in front of you, there are usually lots of doctors available to answer the phones, so the queue moves quickly.
Bookable telephone appointments
Telephone appointments are available to book with a GP, Physician’s Associate or Practice Nurse. These are at a specific time when we will call you back. Please ensure that we have your correct phone number and that you are available to receive the call when we ring you.
