Dr Louise Michell will be retiring from Paxton Green Group Practice on Friday 01 May 2015, after 32 years working here and 36 years NHS service.
The GP partners, management & staff will be very sorry to see Dr Michell go but we would like to wish her well for the future and a long and happy retirement.

FLU VACCINATIONS 2014

FLU VACCINATIONS 2014
For all eligible patients the flu vaccinations will commence in the month of October where we will run walk in clinics ONLY.
WALK IN CLINICS
Monday to Friday 9am to 10am
Every Saturday in October 8am to 11am

Flu vaccination criteria:
• Anyone over 65
• Pregnant women
• Chronic heart disease
• Chronic respiratory disease *only those requiring daily preventer medication
• Chronic renal failure
• Chronic liver disease
• Diabetes
• People with impaired immunity due to disease or treatment
• People who have had splenectomies
• Carers
• Anyone in residential care homes
• Healthcare workers
• Poultry workers
Children aged between 2-4 years are eligible for the new intranasal flu vaccination. We shall be contacting parents about this vaccination and with guidance as to when to attend in due course.
